The ceremony and reception will both be outdoors. If there is rain, the ceremony will be indoors and the reception will be in a tent.

Please arrive no earlier than 4pm and arrive by 4:20pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

You can bring a plus one if one is included on your invitation.

Please enter your food allergies and dietary restrictions in your RSVP or text Melanie. Our caterer is able to work around all food allergies and dietary restrictions.

We will be having a buffet meal serving salad, roasted chicken, Korean beef bulgogi, roasted potatoes and honey roasted carrots. All of the food is gluten and dairy free. For our vegan friends, we will have a stuffed squash for you.

Parking is at the venue. When you enter the gates to the Haseltine Estate, you will see a house. Please go around the house to the right. There is a parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately, no. There is another wedding at our venue on Saturday, 9/20. Any vehicles left overnight will be towed. I would recommend carpooling or Ubering.

Please no photos during the ceremony. We would like everyone to put their phones away and enjoy the ceremony. Our photographer will be taking plenty of photos and our DJ will be recording.
