Our story began with a bold message and a step of courage—the kind that makes your heart race and your thumb hesitate before hitting “send.” That message led us to our first date at Culver’s, where we shared butterburgers, nervous laughs, and then headed off to play pickleball. The conversation flowed easily, but if we’re honest, the sparks weren’t quite flying just yet. We left unsure of where things stood, but hopeful enough to give it another chance.

Together, we made a little “10-day deal”: we’d commit to truly getting to know each other, and if it wasn’t right, we’d part ways. But day by day, something unexpected began to happen—we found ourselves laughing harder, sharing more deeply, and slowly realizing that what started as a hesitant step was turning into something real and lasting. Ten days turned into a year, and now into forever. Along the way, we’ve grown closer not only to each other, but also to Christ, and we couldn’t be more excited to spend the rest of our lives together—Culver’s runs, pickleball games, and all.
