Q + A

Q + A

What outfits are appropriate for the wedding?

Wedding attire is semi-formal wear, but khakis with a nice dress shirt are also okay with the bride and groom. Please refrain from wearing jeans as the bride and groom would like guests photographed in semi-formal wear.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

As formal invitations are sent out each person will receive information in regards to RSVPing for the wedding. The bride and groom have specified through their wedding website whether or not a guest is allowed to have a plus one. Please refrain from bringing a plus one or additional guests if it is not specified on your RSVP.

Is this a kid free wedding?

The bride and groom know that many cherished friends and family have children. Therefore, the bride and groom have clarified which guests have their children included in the wedding invite. While this is a wedding where kids are invited, please ensure that your children are respectful and well behaved during the wedding ceremony and any other important moments throughout Isaac and Peyton’s special day.

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be held outside or inside?

The wedding ceremony will be held outside regardless of weather. If there is a prediction of rain on the wedding day, then the ceremony will be moved under a pavilion. The reception will be held inside.

How do I RSVP?

Click on the RSVP tab and type in your name or your household name. If you fall under a household, then only one person needs to RSVP for everyone. Additionally, if you see that your RSVP has the option to bring a plus one then you are allowed a guest.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Each guest attending the wedding should RSVP no later than April 1st, 2025. A mass group text will be sent as a reminder prior to this date. Please be respectful of this deadline as it helps the bride and groom give an accurate count to their caterer.

Have the bride and groom reserved hotel room blocks?

The bride and groom have not reserved any hotel blocks. However, they have recommended places to stay and activities to do in the area.

Where should guests park upon arrival to the wedding?

Once guests have pulled onto the gravel driveway, they can continue straight back until they see a gravel lot on the left. Please do not park in the paved spots as those are reserved for friends and family who need specific access to the wedding ceremony and reception.

What time should guests begin to arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Event details can be found on the home page for specific times. If you arrive during the ceremony, there will be venue staff to instruct you on whether or not it is okay to find a seat in the ceremony.

Are photos allowed to be taken during the ceremony?

The bride and groom have asked all guests to refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony as they have requested their photographer and videographer capture their special moment in specific detail.

What food will be served, and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Each RSVP will allow guests to specify their meat choice for the reception. It also includes a section to help make the bride and groom aware of any dietary restrictions you might have. The official menu will include a salad, grilled chicken (meat choice one), pork medallion (meat choice two), mac n’ cheese, green beans, and a roll.

Who should I contact if I have a question that wasn’t addressed?

If you have any questions, then please reach out to the wedding coordinator, Makayla Crumley. Feel free to text or call her at (770) 519-8577. Makayla’s office hours are Wednesday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. If it’s a weekend, please be respectful of her time as she works with other couples to ensure their wedding days go smoothly as well!
