Train

Take train from DIA to Union Station Take the Amtrack train through the mountains Call 800-USA-RAIL for reservations, or visit amtrak.com Spend a day in Denver and acclimate to the altitude then take the scenic train to Granby the next morning. Reserve a car in Granby from Avalanche Car Rental.

Bus

Take the train from DIA t o Union Station, then take the BUSTANG OUTRIDER (a nice charter bus) to Granby. Leaves Denver, Union Station @3:15PM Daily leaves Granby back to Denver 9:30 AM Daily.

Lodging

There are tons of properties available through Airbnb, VRBO, and Vacasa all within the Granby Ranch community. These range from Condos, Penthouses and Private Homes.

When you book be sure that your rental is within the Granby Ranch Property. After your turn off of Highway 40, towards Granby Ranch (1000 Village Road, Granby, CO), any rental you choose will fall within the property. Try to book as close to 1000 Village Road, Granby, CO (AKA Base Camp One) as possible. This will allow for the easiest transport back to your rental after the wedding via walking or the shuttle service we will be providing. See the screenshot the bottom of this page for the ideal area.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT OUR SHUTTLE WILL ONLY RUN WITHIN THE GRANBY RANCH PROPERTY AT THE END OF THE NIGHT.

CARS MAY BE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT THE VENUE.

If you book through Airbnb or VRBO, search Granby Ranch, and book as close to 1000 Village Road, Granby, CO as possible to ensure you are within the Granby Ranch community and close to the venue.

If you chose to book via Vacasa, please use the below instructions for discounts on your rental:

1. Our agents are available 7 days a week, from 6 am to 2 pm Pacific Time.

2. ONLINE RESERVATIONS Alternatively, guests may book directly on vacasa.com. Once booked, guests will send an email to group.reservations@vacasa.com with the Subject Line: Granby Ranch Referral Group (COGRGRP005) / Property / Dates / Confirmation. Once the email is received, the group code and discount will be applied and an email confirmation will be issued. For bookings made on vacasa.com, within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be processed and the difference will be reimbursed at the time of the rate adjustment.

· Some homes may not be available for Group stays or Discounts.

· The group discount does not apply to reservations booked through a third party - i.e. Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, Hotels.com, AirBnB etc. Please note, our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. Room Rental, taxes, fees and incidentals will be the responsibility of individual guests.
