Isaac and Lauren have known one another for seemingly their entire lives. Their mothers met in 2003 through a Bible study at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, where both families attended. & so in many ways, they’ve grown up with one another! Lauren recalls sweet memories of playing PS2 together, play dates in Harrisburg during bible study nights, church camps — the list of childhood memories together continues, as a best-friendship formed.

Lauren moved to Pennsylvania during high school, while Isaac remained in North Carolina. They were reunited in 2020, when Lauren moved into the Nifong’s home to begin attending UNC Charlotte while her family remained in PA. In November of that year, they began dating!

Isaac and Lauren enjoy watching movies together, and trying new food trucks and breweries in the Charlotte area. They also share a love of camping, rock climbing, and exploring the outdoors. Fittingly, in March 2024, Isaac proposed at the Upper Callasaja Falls (aka Dry Falls) in Highlands, North Carolina!

Lauren and Isaac have spent so many seasons of their life together, and they’re just getting started! They look forward to celebrating the start of their next season as husband and wife with all of you, in November of 2024 at The Finch House in Thomasville, North Carolina.
