Wedding Day

We do not have a wedding registry nor a request for certain things, all we want is your company, and the memories the day brings!    But if you must, we ask if you'd please consider contributing to our honeymoon to make it all the sweeter!

Our Wedding

Isaac and I officially met in High School at a Friday night football game. I was a Freshman and Isaac was a Sophomore who played football for Moline. That night after playing his game he headed back to the bleachers to watch the rest of the games. On his way there he stopped to talk to a few of his friends who were standing in line at the concessions next to me. I looked over in Isaac's direction after I heard him say something funny (no surprise there) but quickly looked away because I was next to order. Isaac said that he couldn't get my laugh and smile out of his head. After the game, a few friends and I were heading toward the exit. Isaac saw me again and walked towards me and we stood there talking for a little bit longer. I ended up spilling some hot chocolate on my shirt (I thought Isaac didn't see that part but later on in our relationship he claims that he did and just didn’t want to say anything to embarrass me anymore than I already was...) My friends noticed and began nudging me and hinting that we needed to go. Isaac and I said bye to each other and left. Later that night I had a sleepover at my house with a couple of my friends that I went to the game with. My phone went off later on in the evening and it was a notification saying ‘Isaac sent you a friend request’. My friends gave me the look and asked if I was going to accept it or not. I accepted it and right after that my Facebook messenger went off and it was Isaac sending me a message that said ‘Hey’ with a winky face and the rest is history! Here we are today, High School sweethearts, celebrating 8 years as a couple (2 of those years as an engaged couple) and finally tying the knot. Here's to many more years of building our amazing life together. We want to thank each and every one of you for coming along and helping us celebrate!
