Our Story

Jennifer and Isaac met the modern way — on JSwipe! As they got to know each other, they discovered they had a mutual friend who made sure they were both good people (thanks for the background check!). That connection helped spark something even bigger. Jennifer attended Mizzou, and coincidentally, several of Isaac’s family members are also Mizzou alumni — an early sign they were meant to cross paths. From their very first date, everything felt easy and natural. The connection was instant, and it didn’t take long for them to realize how special their bond was. Isaac won Jennifer over not only with his kindness, but also by accepting her beloved cat, Poppy. Since then, they’ve grown their little family with their two dogs, Oakley and Maggie, and have traveled together to many places — including an unforgettable trip to Finland. Along the way, Jennifer has learned more about sports than she ever expected, and Isaac made sure she attended her very first Dallas Stars game shortly after they started dating. In return, Isaac has learned to accept Jennifer’s love for Taylor Swift — and now regularly plays her songs during car rides (sometimes even singing along). Whether it's exploring new places, cheering on their favorite teams, Jennifer and Isaac love doing life together — and they’re so excited for what’s ahead.
