Due to us being at venue capacity, we are not providing plus ones unless specified on your wedding invite!

We request that you arrive around 3 pm. This will give you some time before the ceremony starts at 3:30. The last dance will be at 10 pm, and as the venue requires, all guests are to be gone by 11 pm.

Yes, there is a parking lot just across the street from the venue with On-A-Whim staff showing guests where to go. You are welcome to leave your car at the venue till 11 am the next morning.

Yes, all alcohol is provided by us and served by On-A-Whim staff. Because the venue cannot sell alcohol, once everything is gone, there will be nothing else available. No alcoholic beverages are to be brought in.

Dressy casual! We want you to be comfortable but classy at our outdoor ceremony and barn reception. We would suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight pieces, and flats or wedge heels for comfort walking outside. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight pants; jackets and ties optional

We will be having a picnic-style dinner. Barbecue pork, grilled chicken, coleslaw, tossed salad, green beans, corn and cheesy potatoes will be provided in a buffet style.
