20 Days To Go!

Please feel free to read through our most anticipated questions for our wedding. If you have a question not listed, please reach out to Isaac or Kayla.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 7th so we have enough time to prepare for our special day. Guests can confirm their attendance by clicking the "RSVP" button at the top (or by tapping the three lines at the top left of the screen if viewing from a phone). If unable to navigate our website, guests may also message Isaac or Kayla privately to confirm the RSVP. When submitting the RSVP online, we kindly ask guests to ensure their entire party's information is correct. If there is incorrect information for your party, please reach out to Isaac or Kayla.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have many friends and family that will be attending, so we kindly ask that guests do not bring a plus one unless already previously discussed with Isaac or Kayla. Due to the building codes we must adhere to, as well as the fact that we want to make sure there are enough tables, chairs, and food for everyone, having unexpected guests could negatively impact our special day. Our request, however, will not apply to those who bring their spouse or child(ren) with them, as we have already factored these numbers into our total count.

Is there a dress code?

While there isn’t a set dress code, we do ask that guests wear something appropriate, as the ceremony and reception will be held within the church's sanctuary. Since this is our special day, we also kindly ask that no one wear anything that may draw attention away from the ceremony.

Are children allowed to attend?

Yes! We both believe that children are a gift from God and should have the opportunity to witness the beauty of marriage as He created it to be. However, we will not have childcare available, so please plan accordingly.

Can I take photos of the wedding/reception?

Yes! However, because we will have our own photographer capturing our day for us, we kindly ask that guests do not block her view or use flash when capturing pictures on their own devices, as it could interfere with her ability to capture our special moments.

Will lunch be served after the wedding? What if I have dietary restrictions/allergies?

We will have a lunch once the wedding ceremony and family pictures have concluded. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP, as there should be a question that allows you to put these restrictions/allergies in. Since Isaac is gluten-free, we will have gluten-free options available for both lunch and dessert.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors within the sanctuary part of the church. After the ceremony is over, we have volunteers that will convert the sanctuary into the reception area, so we do ask that guests be mindful of those around them during this transition period.

Where should I park and is it accessible?

Both the sanctuary (where the ceremony and reception will take place), as well as the restrooms, are all on the main floor of the building, making it fully accessible to those using mobility devices. Guests are welcome to park in any available spot in the lot in front of the church. We kindly ask that everyone be mindful when parking in handicapped spots, as both Isaac and other guests attending will need to use them. Those who wrongfully park in a handicapped spot or block access to another vehicle may be asked to move their vehicle.

If I travel from out of town, where should I stay?

There are many hotels within Radford, Christiansburg, or the surronding area. Some hotels within 20 minutes of the church include, but are not limited to - Tru by Hilton Radford - The Highlander Hotel Radford - Quality Inn Radord - Holiday Inn Christiansburg - Hampton Inn Christiansburg. If there are any specific lodging questions, feel free to reach out to Isaac or Kayla.
