Our Wedding

Despite growing up right down the street from one another, sharing friends, attending the same elementary school all the way through the first year of high school together and so on, Melissa and Isaacs paths unfortunately never really crossed much. Of course living in the small town of Fairfax they knew of each other, but for some reason the opportunity never presented itself for them to learn much more about one another. As time moved on, both Melissa and Isaac found their partners, started their careers, got married, had kids and lived on opposite ends of California never thinking they would someday reconnect. Fast forward 30+ years later after life had gone a different direction in each of their personal lives, those paths of theirs connected once again in the same zip code it almost had so many years before. This time the paths not only crossed, they crashed into one another! From the night Melissa and Isaac said hello again they have been inseparable. The universe spoke that night and each of them finally found in each other the person they didnt even know they were looking for. To not only their shock but many others they grew up with, they threw caution to the wind and let their hearts lead them and ended up falling madly in love! Now grown adults, Melissa and Isaac discovered they have much in common and both share a strong sense of communication, love of their friendships and always put their daughters and family first! As time went by, future plans and dreams were made for the next chapter in both their stories and they discovered they couldnt see those futures without one another in them! Melissa and Isaac cannot wait to celebrate their wedding day with their closest friends and family, both of their daughters and their sweet fur babies Rosie and Whisky right by their sides. It goes to show, never give up on love and finding the person your heart is at peace with no matter how old you are and what stage of life it finds you in... Cheers to new beginnings and so so much love♥ * The clay self portraits we made of ourselves in the 80s are still hanging on the wall next to eachother at our elementary school. The universe knew it before we did!

COCKTAIL/ SEMI-FORMAL    Because the reception is held in the evening and partially outdoors, please remember to bring along something to wear to warm you up if needed   ** Update 10/9/25 The week of the wedding there is supposed to be rain in the forecast. Although it says Saturday will be partially cloudy skies we encourage you to make sure to bring along a little something warm to throw over your shoulders or an umbrella just in case. We heard rain is actually a sign of luck for a wedding so we're sticking with that. Can't wait to see you all there.❤️   Rain on your wedding day is good luck. When the knot in tying the knot gets wet, it is harder to untie, thus making the marriage stronger.
