Three years ago Isabel slid into my dms on Twitter with her ring size & now we are here, so it obviously worked.

Three months passed from the first DM and I had booked a flight to spend two weeks with her in November. I'm not sure what's more crazy, the fact the first message was her ring size or here I am months later flying 3000+ miles across the Atlantic ocean hoping she turns up to collect me at the airport. Luckily, she did. We had spent literally hundreds of hours on facetime together talking and watching movies so to finally see her in person and not through a screen was surreal.

It's 2023 & Isabel takes her first adventure to sunny England to meet my family! We had an amazing, yet short time together and when she got home we started planning a big family holiday so our parents could meet.

A few months later I am flying to Florida with my family hoping that everyone gets along, it was like 15 different personalities all meeting for the first time, but it couldn't have gone any better.

Fast forward to October and this happened

I took Isabel to where some of the first harry potter was filmed at Alnwick Castle and proposed. Before I could even say anything she grabbed my t-shirt, dragged me up and gave me the biggest kiss and said YES.

BEST. DAY. EVER.

After over a year of paperwork and waiting around my visa process has finally come to an end. Finally, no more facetimes! (I even had to get a new phone battery at Christmas).

Here's to our new adventure of life together and we both look forward to celebrating with you all.
