HOW DO I RSVP? WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
After receiving your formal invitation, please click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP before the date on your RSVP card. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received (or not received) after this date will be marked as a "no" as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline. You will be missed!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please plan on arriving to the venue by 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest." For families, it will list "The (your last name) Family." When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be adults-only. We hope you take this as an opportunity for a parents night out!
WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD WE FLY INTO?
Thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us, we are so excited to see you! Please visit the travel tab and scroll down to see more info on the 3 airports in the DC area.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
We’ll be providing transportation from Home2Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites, where we have room blocks available (check out the Travel tab for booking details). There’s also a small room block at Hotel Burg, a small boutique hotel just a 5-minute walk from the venue. Uber and Lyft are available, but since it’s a smaller town, wait times may be a bit longer.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is free parking located directly behind the venue.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN LEESBURG?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). Late April in Virginia can be a bit unpredictable, with average temperatures around 60°, so we recommend ladies bring a light wrap or jacket just in case.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code for the wedding is formal. Fun, spring colors are encouraged! The bridesmaids will be wearing light pink. Visit the Dress Code page for helpful tips!
