A 2-minute walk from the Kimpton-Claret Hotel, Corvus Coffee Roasters sports a dark academia, hipster atmosphere. Ellie liked to go there to work/study when she was home on holiday from college because it has a very Instagram-able vibe. Try some of their specialty roasts to wake yourself up while you're in town.

The perfect place to have a cup and catch up with old friends. With a range of yummy breads and pastries, it's the place for you if you're not much of a big breakfast person. If you have similar tastes to Kristen, Ellie's mom, you'll love some of their lavender-flavored coffees and matchas.

Similar to Dutch Bros, Black Rock is a dine-in or drive-thru coffee chain with many different beverages to offer. Not feeling coffee, but still need some energy? Black Rock has a variety of energy drinks and flavors to choose from. If you fall in love with it, they do have a rewards program (or you can just give them Ellie's number and help her get a free coffee).

The classic and unforgettable coffee spot if you want something simple and easy! Since our wedding is in September, you will be able to have access to their full fall menu. Pumpkin Spice Latte, anyone?

One of the BEST things to see in Colorado around the end of September! Drive up to Mt. Elbert or head down to Colorado Springs to look at the beautiful Pikes Peak. The Aspens are amazing when they change, and it's a great opportunity to hike the Colorado trails!
