Please RSVP by June 12th, 2025. If you are enable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending finale headcount to the vendors shortly after this deadline – you will be missed!

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) plus Guest". For families, it will list all individuals invited, example, "Jim, Pam, Cici and Phillip Halpert". When you go to RSVP you will able to see the exact number people you can RSVP for.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we can accommodate your children. If unable to invite your children we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

Yes! The dress code is formal garden party. We recommend long dresses and suit and tie attire. No white and no jeans please! If you're still unsure of what to wear, check out the dress code tab at the top of this page. Also prepare for weather of about 29°C during the day and 24°C at sunset.

Both! The majority of the day will be spent outdoors with food served inside. Weather permitted. We recommend sunscreen since will be in the sun most of the day.

The ceremony will be open sitting except for a few rows of reservations. So sit wherever you please. For reception, we will carefully arrange tables so our guest are sat with those they know (their plus one or partner).

Turn left off Prince of Wales Drive onto Phelan Road West. Drive past the turnoff to our Retreat & Spa, continue up the hill to our main parking lot. Beside the parking lot is our Venue (The Garden House), where we will be to welcome you.
