As much as we love your kiddos, this is a adults only ceremony and reception .

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:00pm and be seated by 3:15pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

The dress code is cocktail attire! Cocktail attire means it is still an occasion to dress up, but a full-length gown or tux is not necessary. We encourage floral prints as this is a garden themed wedding!

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!

To RSVP, please check who is available to attend on your printed invitation you received in the mail. Please RSVP before May 1st 2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this guideline.

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking (the gravel area) to accommodate everyone and has closer handicapped parking for those who need it!

Cocktail hour will begin outside of the reception venue at 4:00pm where there will be snacks and drinks. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm.

We are having a plated style dinner, so the options provided on your invite. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at thegillwedding25@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.
