All events (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) will take place at the Swan Barn Door located in the Wisconsin Dells. Address to our venue is posted under the "Travel & Lodging" tab.

We are kindly asking to have a small, intimate ceremony with our close friends and family. If you are invited to the ceremony, the online RSVP will say so and address your attendance. If not, please join us for the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception beginning at 5:30pm for a fun night of celebration!

Yes, our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors if weather permits. Cocktail hour will additionally be held outside, followed by dinner inside the barn venue.

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Unless we have specifically noted your children on an invitation, adults only please!

Yes, we have a shuttle that will be picking up guests at the hotels listed in the ‘Travel’ tab and dropping off following the reception/dance. Shuttle will run from 2:30pm-4pm for ceremony guests and 4pm-5:30pm for reception guests. Shuttles back to the hotels listed will run from 9pm-midnight.

Cash bar is available before the ceremony. Following ceremony we will have open beer and wine for all guests for the entirety of the night. Cash bar for all cocktails. Please do not bring carry-ins as they will be confiscated by staff.

We aren’t picky as long as you’re feeling good, wear whatever suits you!
