When should you reserve your room?
The room does need to be paid off in full, no later than March 29, 2024.
Is there a minimum stay ?
Yes, in order for you to attend our wedding you must reserve 5 nights minimum. The booking website will only allow you to book the minimum.
WHERE CAN I BOOK?
Please go ahead and message Jonathan and Isabella for the link to book your stay! It will be sent to your email!
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then Yes! Otherwise, We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
We hope to start the ceremony on time at 4pm. Please plan to arrive around 3:30pm to ensure your seat in time for the ceremony!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for our evening. Women: Semi-formal Attire ||| Men : Guayaberas with Linen pants. Wear whatever color you like, but please, do not wear white.
How many fit in a room?
Palace resorts will only allow 4 people max in a room regardless of the age.
Where should you fly in?
The Resort is in Playa del Carmen. It is about 45 mintues away from Cancun International Airport. It is the closest airport to the resort. Once booking your room. A week or two before your stay you will get an email asking for your flight information. Palace resorts will go pick you and your guests at the airport. They will be holding a Palace resort sign with your name. They will also provide roundtrip transportation without fees.
Can I add an additional person to my room?
Children under the age of 17 are free for the length of your stay. If you decide to add an additional adult to your room there is a cost of $146 per person per night.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us known as soon as possible and RSVP "No" , so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
How many days should you arrive before the Wedding?
We would like for our family members to be there at least two days before the wedding to enjoy pre-wedding activities!
