Please RSVP no later than the date listed on your invitation. If we have not received your RSVP by the stated date we will consider that your response is a NO.

Due to limited capacity, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate any individuals who have not been counted in our original guest list. Any unaccounted-for guests will be asked to leave.

As beautiful as Ramona is the potential for extreme heat (90+) in September is more than likely. While most of the ceremony and reception space will be shaded by the time of our event, we do advise you plan your attire accordingly.

While our wedding is outside, we do request a formal dress attire. Ladies please select your footwear appropriately because there are various sections of the venue where there may be gravel, grass, or uneven surfaces.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Milagro Winery. Once you've arrived there will be no need to leave until the end of the reception.

The Rivera Oaks Resort & Racket Club is approximately a 12 mile or 20 minute drive to the venue. It should be noted that the road to the venue is quite curvy and turns to gravel/dirt for the last mile. Please take this into account when planning your transportation.

We plan to start our ceremony promptly at the stated time. The access road will be shut during our ceremony and any late guest will have to wait until the ceremony is over before they are allowed on site, so please plan accordingly. We recommend that you drop off your party at the ceremony site and have the driver park at the assigned parking lot in order to prioritize on-site shuttle usage for those with mobility assistance.

Unfortunately there will not be a shuttle service from the hotels to our venue. Since our venue is in a remote location, rideshare options (like Uber or Lyft) must be scheduled in advance for best results. Cell service may be somewhat limited so we recommend planning prior to our celebration day.
