<p>Isabella's mom, Marianne, had made mention a few times in the past that she should reach out to this guy named Mitchell, whom she had known of for years. Marianne knew him through work at the ESA and subsequently he went to the police academy with her brother, Larry. Isabella, in her typical fashion, brushed off her mom and said she wasn't interested in any of her <em>moms</em> picks. Until, October 4th, 2021 when one afternoon, Isabella and Marianne were sitting on the couch together and Mitchell's name came up again. At this time, Isabella thought, "whatever we'll see what happens." and reached out to Mitchell on instagram. Only a few minutes passed before they were texting and planning their first date. October 10th, 2021 (5 years from the wedding!) Mitchell and Isabella went on their first date. What was supposed to be a short date for coffee in the morning turned into a full twelve hour day filled with coffee, chatting, lunch, getting lost at Dow Gardens, dinner, and then going to Overlook Park to listen to their favorite music together and tell their life stories. It was that "quick" date that sealed the deal on forever for them, and from that day forward the two were inseparable. </p>

Zeke is Mitchell and Isabella's beloved dog, though Isabella often refers to him as her son. Zeke entered Mitchell's life in 2020 and just a year later entered Isabella's life when she started dating his dad. He is their pride and joy, and of course the true star of this wedding!

Zeke Sir Longsnoot Franklin

Groovy is Isabella's childhood dog. Mitchell met her in 2021 and while he was hesitant at first due to her lack of hair and array of boujee outfits, he swiftly fell in love with her and her goofy personality. Though she has always been Isabella's dog, Groovlyn has always seemed to prefer Mitchell, soaking up all the love and attention she can get. She really is her mother's child!

Jordan is one of this couple's best friends. She is an avid dog lover like Isabella, and even has three pups of her own! Isabella and Jordan met years ago in 2021, when Mitchell and his Best Man, Austin, set up a double date. Jordan and Isabella hit it off right away and these days Isabella couldn't imagine her life without J! The two love talking about their dogs, fantasizing about getting more, laughing about the annoyances of marriage, and playing card games and trivia together. We still aren't sure who the date was for, the couples or the girls!

Jordan Wolschlager

Austin is one of this couple's best friends. He and Mitchell met in 2020 when they were assigned as partners at the sheriff's office, though Mitchell likes to say, "We weren't partners, I was his mentor." Since then, the two have been best friends, always staying up until 2am playing xbox complaining about their wives or hanging out on the couch while their wives complained about them.

Austin Wolschlager

Brooke is Isabella's childhood best friend. They met freshman year of high school in Mr. Edelbrock's biology class. The two were always the weirdest, goofiest pair in the class, which is what truly drew them together! When together, they never fail to find themselves on the floor laughing or sharing obscene stories from work only they would find entertaining. Never forget, bald is beautiful! 

Brooke White

Chad is Mitchell's best friend from college. The two were paired as roommates freshman year and have been best friends since. Mitchell takes credit for teaching Chad how to fish, even though Mr. Shelton is the only one ever catching fish worth keeping! 

Chad Shelton

Brooke is one the couple's best friends. They met her in 2021 when she started dating Mitchell's friend, Adam, and joined them at Faster Horses. She is an avid adventurer, a fellow golden mom, and an amazing photographer! Brooke helped Mitchell plan his big proposal and even hid in the bushes with her camera ready to capture the special moment! She knows all the hottest spots in Traverse City and never fails to give this couple an unforgettable experience every time they visit her, Adam, and Oakley.

Brooke Baker

Adam is Mitchell's childhood best friend. They met in 6th grade at Coleman Elementary School and even went to college together! Adam has always been an adventurer and has books worth of stories to share from his experiences. Adam not only likes to adventure, but he is also an expert partyer, photographer, and madden player! Adam helped Mitchell plan his proposal and sat in the bushes with Brooke ready to capture our moment. 

Adam Stremlow

Rhea is Mitchell's little sister and one of Isabella's best friends. Isabella met Rhea when she was just a sophomore in high school. Isabella had always dreamed of having a sister and knew the moment she met Rhea that she had finally got one. Though Mitchell was never interested in the girl gossip and boy drama that comes with being a girl in high school, Isabella always wanted the tea. Over the years, Rhea has become one of Isabella's best friends and person to run to during family gatherings. 

Rheannon Robison

Larry is Isabella's older brother and good friend of Mitchell. Mitchell and Larry met back in 2019 when they joined the same police academy. Marianne had tried to set them up as roommates prior to starting, but both were adamant that they weren't interested. As luck would have it though, the two were often paired together due to their last names being so close in the alphabet. They grew into friends during their time in the academy, but both will say it's just a "trauma bond". In typical older brother fashion, when Larry heard his little sister had a new boyfriend, he was curious and over protective...until he found out that boyfriend was the goofy cheese ball he knew to be Mitch!

Larry Durocher

Shae is Mitchell's older sister and Isabella's dream come true. Isabella always wanted a sister and knew Mitchell was the man for her when she realized she'd be getting two! Shae is the older sister you could only dream of. She is always full of helpful life advice and acts as a voice of guidance. She is a wonderful mom to her three children, Greyson, Carter, and Aria. Shae is someone you can always count on whether you need to cry, vent, or get a fresh perspective. Though Mitchell would never admit it growing up, he gives credit to Shae for the man he has become and Isabella can't thank Shae enough for helping make Mitchell into the caring, thoughful man he is.

Shaelynne Fink

Hunter is Mitchell's little brother. Hunter, though quiet on the surface, is secretly one of the funniest members of Mitchell's family, though Mitchell will say that about himself. Hunter is an amazing dad to his son Jack and is always down for a good time!
