What is the dress code for your wedding?
The dress code is formal, please refrain from wearing white attire. We recommend men opt for a suit in a neutral color, while women may choose from a cocktail dress, evening gown, or a stylish pantsuit.
What colors should I avoid wearing?
Please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, and any other colors similar to white.
What will the weather be like?
Based on previous weather reports, we anticipate chilly conditions. We will provide updates closer to the day as needed.
Ceremony/Reception
Where will the ceremony take place?
The ceremony will take place outdoors at Shirley Acres.
When should I arrive?
The ceremony will start at 6:00 PM.
Will there be parking near the venue? Will I have to pay?
There will be a plenty of free parking and there will be an attendant to direct traffic. You will not have to pay for parking.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, if the weather permits. The reception will be held indoors.
Where will the reception take place?
The reception will take place indoors at Shirley Acres.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour featuring an assortment of cheese, meats, and vegetables. Dinner will consist of Italian cuisine served buffet-style.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
With the buffet-style dinner, we hope that everyone will find options to suit their preferences. However, if you have specific concerns or allergies, please feel free to email us at fernabella1723@gmail.com, and we will coordinate with our caterer to accommodate your needs.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We have paid for a keg and a a few cases of red and white wine.
Will there be dancing?
There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it.
Am I allowed to take pictures?
We've arranged for professional photographers to capture the visual essence of our ceremony, while we've invited you to capture its emotional resonance. To ensure an uninterrupted experience and avoid interference with our photographers, we kindly request that you turn off your electronic devices during the ceremony. Following the ceremony and the exit of the wedding party, feel free to turn on your devices and capture moments to your heart's content!
RSVP
Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before January 25, 2025 . You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website. To RSVP online simply navigate to the top of the website, click on the RSVP tab, and follow the instructions provided in the section.
When is the deadline to RSVP?
Please send your acceptance or regrets by Janurary 25, 2025.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
The wedding will be child free, with the exception of the children participating in the wedding ceremony. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Am I able to bring a plus one?
Regrettably, due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for all guests. If you have been granted a plus one as a special case, their name or "Plus One" should be listed on your RSVP profile. If you believe someone important has been overlooked, please inform us. However, please understand that our constraints may limit our flexibility in this matter.
What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to make any changes, please email us immediately at fernabella1723@gmail.com, and we will accommodate your request.

I am travelling from out of town, do you have any hotel recommendations?
Thank you for embarking on this journey to celebrate our special day with us. For your convenience, we have provided a list of hotel recommendations near the venue. You can find them under the "Travel" tab at the top of the website.
When is the wedding?
The wedding is February 22, 2025 at 6:00PM.
Are you registered? If so, where are. you registered?
Yes, we are registered please visit the Registry Tab located at the top of the page. We are registered at Amazon and Target.
Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?
Absolutely! For a curated list of our favorite local hotspots and activities, including coffee shops, spas, and restaurants, we recommend visiting the 'Things to Do' page on our wedding website. It's filled with great suggestions for places to explore before or after the wedding festivities.
Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?
Please refrain from taking any decorations from the reception, as some of them are borrowed or intended for reuse. Instead, we hope you'll leave with a wedding favor, a full belly, and cherished memories of the evening.
