WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony will officially begin at 5:30 PM.
We suggest arriving by at least 5:00 PM so you can comfortably
park, find your seat and settle in before we say "I DO"
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would LOVE to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal/formal. This means no jeans, sneakers, or any casual wear.
CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made to "{Your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Due to limited numbers, children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {You Last Name} Family" if you children have been invited and "Mr & Mrs/Mrs & Mrs/Mr & Mr" if only you and your significant other have been invited.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this special day and we'd hate for her shots to have phones in them! After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?
Yes. There will be a shuttle at 4:30 and a shuttle at 5:00 to take guests to the ceremony. At the end of the reception there will be three shuttle trips: one at 11:00, one at 11:30, and one at 12:00.
