Growing up on opposite sides of the country in, New Jersey and Oregon, Isabella and Alex had no idea they would be where they are today, but the two of them are grateful for every choice in their lives that led to finding each other, and now getting to celebrate their bond in marriage.

Isabella and Alex met in 2016 at the Catholic University of America. Both were set to be members of the swim team at the University and became friends along with the rest of their swim class. From living in dorm rooms next to each other for two years, swimming together on most days, and hanging out with friends, Alex and Isabella truly became close friends, which is where the trust and bond between the two began.

It wasn't until some years later, in March of 2019, when the two of them realized they wanted to be with each other and eventually started dating. Apparently, their bond was obvious to everyone except the two of them, ask any of their friends and they will say that Isabella and Alex should have been dating much sooner. Nonetheless, the pair eventually found their way and the rest is history.

From surviving a pandemic together, visiting family, even living in each other's houses (or boats) for a time, Isabella and Alex continued dating for four great years, growing even stronger together along the away, knowing they were with the person they were going to spend the rest of their lives with.

After scheduling a vacation to visit the beautiful coast of Alex's home state of Oregon, Alex knew he had the opportunity to solidify their relationship in engagement and propose to Isabella. Though you would think this proposal would have been anticipated, Alex did a great job planning behind the scenes, and Isabella would eventually be completely and delightfully surprised.

On August 27th of 2023, a quintessentially brisk but all-around perfect Oregon Coast day, at the Oregon Dunes State Park, Alex knew after all the tourists on the shore cleared, he would have the perfect opportunity to ask Isabella the question he'd been planning on asking for months. After faking her out saying he was going to take a cute little video of her, she turned around and there he was with a ring. They both laughed, cried, she said yes, and here we are today.

Isabella and Alex's relationship started as one built on friendship and continues on the same today. They are the best of friends and will be for life. Most importantly, they are extremely excited to have you, their friends and family, here to celebrate that with them.
