I first laid eyes on Bella when a friend of mine invited me to come hang out at her house with everyone. From then on I developed a strong friendship with her family and all of our friends. Every weekend our friend group would all go to Bella’s and spend all night hanging out together and maybe drinking some beer here and there. As we all graduated high school our friend group split apart. About 2 years after graduating we somehow found ourselves hanging out again, one day she invited me to spend the day on the boat with her and her family. From that moment on i realized I loved her. Everyone claimed it was noticeable but she never realized it. My buddy was finally able to talk me into asking her out on a date. I eventually worked up the courage and asked her to get dinner with me at Kai tai. I was taking her in a date, which she didn’t realize. She showed up in sweatpants and a t-shirt and she drove us…… she wouldn’t let me drive. We had a great dinner, when she was dropping me off I kissed her and got out of the car so fast so she couldn’t slap me. After our date we started hanging out every day, after a couple months I invited her to join our yearly vacation to Panama City. Where I would ask her to be my girlfriend on the 4th of July, while we were watching fireworks on the beach. After a few months of dating I ended up moving in with her, spending every night and every morning with her had me falling head over heels. I knew she was the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. During the summer of 2023 I decided I wanted to buy the ring. It took a while to figure out the exact kind of ring she wanted but I ended up getting the perfect one. I decided to hold onto it until the perfect time. As everyone knows Bella is nosey, she was looking at my phone while I was on my banking app and I hid my phone from her so she couldn’t see it. Obviously that made her very upset. I finally told her I bought her a ring because I wanted to teach her a lesson about being nosey. That was a mistake. She got even more mad. I told her since she found out that I wasn’t going to propose for months or years. That made her very upset. I finally found the perfect moment. She was planning a fall photo shoot and I knew that was the time to do it. A friend helped me plan it all perfectly and on October 14th I asked her to marry me which to this day is one of the best days of my life.
The first time I met Jace, we were both teenagers in high school. I noticed him walk into my classroom, proudly displaying his new tattoo on his back. We quickly fell into the same friend group and spent every weekend together, seeing each other daily. Unfortunately, as we grew older, we drifted apart. However, God had other plans and brought us back together. It all happened when I invited an old friend of mine for a day out on the lake. At first, we spent a lot of time together, enjoying weekends and dining out. Even though he had asked me to dinner at Kai Tai, I had no clue we were going on a date. Naturally, I chose to wear comfortable clothes, opting for sweatpants and a t-shirt. I insisted on driving there and had no issues with it. After dinner, he gave me a kiss and jumped out of the car, leaving me stunned. I immediately called my younger sister. From that point on, Jace, his family, and friends became my world. We went on a trip to Panama City Beach, where he asked me to be his girl friend under fireworks. Eventually, he moved in with me, spending eveyday together. We talked about our future, our dreams, and our plans. I knew from the start that I wanted to be with him, and he only made me fall deeper in love with him. Jace often tells people that I was nosy, but I disagree. I was just asking questions, and he was trying to keep things a secret. He eventually revealed he bought a ring and told me he wouldn't propose anymore because I was too nosy. We had our fall photoshoot planned, and of course, the dogs were dressed up in Halloween costumes. Bunnie was a pig, Luna was a cow, and Toby was the white trash (wife beater with hair spiked with gel). On the way, Jace almost caused an accident because he was so nervous and not paying attention. I was genuinely shocked when he proposed to me; I wasn't expecting it. He had it planned, waiting for the right moment. Jace is my soulmate, and I believe God brought us back together for a reason. I wouldn't have it any other way.
