Yes, rooms will be blocked for the whole wedding party.

One hotel is ADULTS only and one is for FAMILIES. If you are an adult, you may stay in any. Family Selections is VIP service on the Family Side (if adults are staying here or TRS Coral they have access to all of the property) Grand Palladium is rooms without access for Adults to the Adults Only TRS side.

The resort REQUIRES guests stay for at least 3 consecutive nights. Although, the rooms will be blocked out for one week, therefore the wedding rates will be for that many nights, so guests can choose the dates they stay.

We recommend, you place a deposit on the room if you are 75% SURE you are attending. We cannot promise the availability of rooms will be there further down the line. The deposit is PER ROOM not per person.

We recommend, you book through the TRAVEL Agency to ensure you are getting the proper GROUP RATE. If you are staying at another hotel or resort, in order to enter the resort you would have to pay for a day pass and no transportation etc will be included or accounted for,

Rooms from different categories will be blocked off and they are first come first serve. Suites, Ocean Views, Swim Ups (in the AUDULTS only) will be available. You must place a deposit on the exact room you'd like.

Depending on your family size. For the Family Suites you may have 2 adults in one room and 2 kids, this may differ (please check with the travel agency). No more than 5 occupants. For the ADULTS ONLY, you may only have up to 3 adults in one room.
