Reservations must be received by 5/8/2025. After this date reservations will be accepted on a space a rate available basis only.

There are three ways guests can make a reservation:

1. The first way is to book online at www.hilton.com. From there, guests will type in the following info:

Destination: Fort Wayne, Indiana

Dates: May 30-June 1,2025

Go to the Special Rates box then type in WRW under group code. Close the box and hit “Find a Hotel”. This will bring you to select Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center where you will see the group name and group rate. Click on view rates.

2. The second way is to call us at (260) 420-1100 to book a reservation, and let them know the group code.

3. The third way is the personalized group web page. The link is listed below, I have tested it on my end and it works great! Please let me know if you have any problems with it!
