DEADLINE FOR RSVP?
If we do not hear from you by May 1st, then we will assume you are not attending! Reason being we need an accurate headcount for seating, meals, and other details to make the day great for everyone!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CERMONY WITH MY PHONE/ CAMERA?
We request that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony with personal devices, as we will have a photographer dedicated to capturing this moment beautifully.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE/ DATE?
Because of limited space, not everyone will receive a plus one. Your formal invitation will specifically state “Your Name & Guest” if a plus one is included or if more people are invited. When you RSVP, it will also list your name and your plus one—if you have one!
Please don’t change or swap the name of your plus one if one is already listed.
Thank you so much for understanding!
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCHOL?
We will be providing alcohol at the wedding, so we kindly ask that you do not bring your own, even in the parking area. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with the amazing options we’ve selected. Please drink responsibly!
Is this a kid friendly weding?
We love your little ones, but unless your invitation states other wise please leave children at home. We’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only event so that everyone can fully enjoy the celebration, including the music and drinks. We know it’s a big ask, but think of it as a great opportunity for a date night! We hope you’ll enjoy a night out and celebrate with us.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding is semi-formal, so please dress to impress! We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing sneakers and t-shirts. Additionally, to keep things elegant, we request no white or ivory attire, as those are reserved for the bride. We’d love to see guests in shades of pastel orange, yellow, pink, and spring green—bright and cheerful colors that match the vibe of the day. Keep in mind this is a outdoor venue! Can’t wait to see you all looking fabulous!
What time should I arrive?
We kindly ask that guests arrive 20- 25 minutes before the ceremony to allow time to walk to the ceremony area and find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly, and unfortunately, late arrivals won’t be able to join us for that part — but we’d still love to see you at the reception!
Where should I park?
Guests can park in the field near the venue — there will be a parking attendant ready to guide you to a spot. To help us save space, please try to carpool with family and friends if possible. If you or someone in your party needs assistance, a golf cart will be available to help guests with limited mobility get to the ceremony area. Once parked please follow signs to the ceremony area.
