We are requesting an RSVP by April 1st. Guests can RSVP by either sending a response card to the address on the enclosed envelope or online at the RSVP page.

The Bride and Groom are requesting an online RSVP through theknot.com/ohhappyhinsons but enclosed in your invitation is also a response card and envelope if you prefer to respond by mail.

Due to limited space capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. When RSVPing, you will see your name and if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

The Bride and Groom are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire for their wedding.

The ceremony will be held outdoors a short walk from the indoor cocktail hour and reception. In the event of rain, the ceremony and reception will both be held indoors.

The venue for the ceremony and reception has both a paved and gravel lot leaving ample room for guest parking. Handicap parking is also available.

The ceremony and reception address is provided to guests on the invitation. The location is wheelchair/handicap accessible as there is a drop off location next to the ceremony space.

For the ceremony, we invite you to sit wherever your heart desires. Upon entering the reception space, our tables will be numbered and an assigned seating chart will be posted. We understand weddings are a mixing pot of our loved ones and want to ease any anxieties for our guests.

Children invited will be listed on the invitation and RSVP forms. If there is any uncertainty as to if your children are invited please contact the Bride and Groom. Child care will not be provided.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from. If you have any dietary restrictions, please list them on your RSVP and contact the Bride and Groom.

There will not be an open bar but alcohol will be served by on a limited basis with your choice of local wines from the families favorite wineries and select beers. The Bride and Groom is requesting that everyone please drink responsibly and call an Uber, Lyft or a sober friend if necessary.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home listed on our registry. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

The ceremony will being promptly at 4 PM with the reception to follow directly afterwards.

Yes, photos are allowed and encouraged! However, the Bride and Groom are requesting an unplugged ceremony so that our friends and family will be fully present with us.

Wedding updates will be posted on our website theknot.com/ohhappyhinsons and for those who have RSVPed, they will receive a text/email with updates regarding the wedding.
