Our Story

Isaiah and I initially met through an online dating app. I saw his profile and thought he was super cute, so I sent him a message. We began texting and quickly connected over our mutual love of football, despite having VERY different favorite teams (GO STEELERS). After a few text conversations and many long phone calls, Isaiah asked me on our first date. We went to Ruby Tuesdays and the movies to see the latest in one of my favorite franchises - The Fast and Furious. It only took a few dates before I fell for Isaiah's sense of humor, thoughtful personality, and AMAZING singing voice. Isaiah truly became my best friend, so I had to say yes on October 6th when he asked me to be his girlfriend. Since then, we've had many adventures, including road trips to football games, getting a lizard stuck in my car, and trying new restaurants to see which one really has the best garlic parmesan wings. On June 18th, 2023, Isaiah gathered my immediate family and some friends to the yard by my apartment. When we arrived, the song he always sang to me while dating was playing in the background. I turned around to see him on one knee, asking me to marry him. With tears in my eyes, I said YES!! We feel overwhelmed and incredibly thankful for all the support we've received from our family and friends throughout our engagement and can't wait to celebrate the start of our life together with all of you!
