Allee is Isla's fraternal twin sister, although they might as well have been co-joined because they have been bound at the hip since birth. Allee and Isla represent two sides of a coin, yin and yang. They have been through thick and thin together and throughout it all have always supported each other's dreams and been there to pick each other up in times hardship.

Bailey and Isla met Freshman year of college at ACU. Their story has a humorous beginning. It was "Wildcat Week" and Isla was on her way to go country dancing. She invited Bailey, a fellow Nelson resident, to go with her and Bailey happily agreed. Isla offered to drive but small town Abilene's roads proved a greater challenge for her than she anticipated and to Bailey's horror she, not once, but twice, drove down the wrong way on a on way street. Isla somewhat made up for it however by teaching Bailey how to two-step.
