Once upon a time,

God orchestrated that Isobel and Hugh would attend a newly established three-day classical school. As the weeks went by, Isobel would come home and tell her family about a young man (Hugh) who would frequently stare at her. This went on for some time. As the two were the only honours students in their Latin class, they were required to work together to create documents for the other students to use; this time brought them closer. One day, Hugh asked Izzy if they could be more than friends. Izzy declined, but Hugh did not give up. As the two of them spent more time together (he happened to live next door to Isobel's best friend--the maid of honour), Isobel said yes to dating him and love began to grow between them. Years went by and it was time for Izzy to attend university and at the same time, Hugh's family moved to Texas. They discovered that long distance relationships were hard on the heart. Isobel spent a lot of her summer in Texas with Hugh and the Brown family with the plan to wait four years until their wedding. Then Hugh's family set up their veterinary practice in Australia. After much prayer and conversations between families, Hugh and Isobel decided to move their future plans closer, put an end to long distance, and tie the knot forever. With God at the centre of their love for each other, they will start their new life in July whereupon they will move to Australia. Hugh will pursue veterinary surgery while Isobel continues her nursing education. Together, they will discover the plans the Lord has for them in service and dedication to Him and to each other.
