It was by luck and chance that the fall of 2019 both Izzy and Brady were asked to play co-ed softball by friends. While the two were resistant, they played anyway. Thrown into left field together, the two began to know each other and after a few short weeks, sparks flew and little did they know what the future held.

A match that seemed strange too many, defied odds. Izzy and Brady moved in together that winter. For two years, the two supported one another and experienced great adventures. They looked forward to the future and spoke of their dreams often. One being that of growing a family together, and in the fall of 2021 this became a reality with the news of their pregnancy.

During this time, Brady chose to buy an emerald ring with his daughter in mind and proposed to Izzy in their new home on January 25, 2022. Now, finally, the two are looking forward to spending their lives together as a married couple.
