Please meet at the Golden Bar at 2:30 PM to be escorted to the ceremony. Cocktail hour begins at 4:00 PM, so there will be a little time to freshen up in between.

These rooms are first come first serve and the resort is known to be in high demand and often sells out. We kindly ask you to RSVP after reserving your room. Promo Code: NMWOCT25FPM Note: When booking, you will have the option to select either "Non-Refundable Rate" or "Flexible Rate". Select the "Flexible Rate" option. This is&nbsp;required&nbsp;to get the&nbsp;promo rate. Perks: It's refundable, and there's only a $1 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. Our promo code offers discounted rates valid from Check-in: October 3, 2025Check out: October 6, 2025 You are more than welcome to join us anytime between October 1-8 at a discounted rate. IMPORTANT PROMO CODE INFORMATION The deadline to make modifications &amp; to book using the promo code &amp; to RSVP is July 15th, 2025. After this date, no changes of any kind will be allowed to existing reservations—no exceptions. If you need to make a change before the deadline, you must do so by calling the hotel directly. Modifying your reservation online will automatically remove the promo code and the discounted rates, and you’ll be charged the current non-refundable market rate, which must be paid in full at the time of the change. Once the promo code expires, discounted rates will no longer apply No changes will be allowed, including:• Adding or removing guests• Changing the room type• Modifying check-in or check-out dates• Changing the name on the reservation• Booking a new room with the promo code Please also double-check that the credit card on file is valid and has not expired. Payment will be processed 30 days before your arrival, but we highly recommend calling the Call Center ahead of time to process the payment manually. ROOM TYPES

There are 3 different suite levels: Finest Suites, Finest Club Suites, and Excellence Club Suites. Rooms with the word “club” are suites with these special benefits and perks: • 1 complimentary aqua hydrotherapy circuit treatment at the Spa• access to 2 additional club restaurants• access to the club pools and club beach areas• upgraded premium liquor in your suite• upgraded Bvlgari toiletries• plus other perks listed on their website Finest Club suites are family-friendly. Excellence Club suites are adult-only, 18+ only, no exceptions.

TRAVEL

AIRPORT When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities, etc. The lobby will hold your luggage and keep it safe until your room is ready. TRANSPORTATION Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promo code. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your included transfer. You must book your transfer with Seasons Tours at least 2 weeks before arrival. In the original email you received when you booked your room reservation, there is a direct link to book your transfer. If you cannot locate the email you can email Seasons Tours directly. You'll need to include: • Hotel name (Finest Playa Mujeres)• Name on the reservation• Reservation number• Your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival and departure dates and times)• # of guests in your group Email: transfers@seasonstours.comWe’ll make sure to send all guests a reminder and more details the closer we get! If staying less than 3 nights, round trip transportation can be reserved through the above company for $199. There are numerous taxis and shuttles in the greater Cancun area that provide less expensive options.
