Our Wedding

Andrew and Ivy’s story is one of chance, persistence, and shared adventures. They met at a college basketball game, where Andrew offered to take a picture for Ivy and her friend. That small gesture led to a memorable evening of laughter and cheering from the stands. Ivy wasn’t initially interested, but Andrew’s friendly persistence and warm spirit quickly made an impression. That summer, by a stroke of fate and the Lord's plan, both found themselves back in Ivy's hometown of Charlotte NC. They spent long summer days getting to know each other, with Andrew’s feelings growing stronger as they spent more time together. Although Ivy was hesitant at first, she couldn't deny that his gentle determination was hard to ignore. By the time they were back on campus, Ivy realized she missed him, and she finally agreed to go on a real date. Their connection deepened, and within weeks, they were inseparable. Since then, their relationship has blossomed through a series of unforgettable experiences. From exploring the Grand Canyon for the first time to cruising the Caribbean, and from road trips along the West Coast to magical days at Disneyland, every adventure has woven them closer together. Through the good and the bad their relationship has grown and an strengthened their faith. When Andrew proposed, it was a moment Ivy would never forget. He secretly flew in to surprise her during a graduation photoshoot at the botanical gardens, with friends helping set the stage for the perfect moment. With friends by their side and surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation, Ivy said yes, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their story.   We can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for our lives together. From moving to South Carolina or Arizona we will see what God's plan is. Please join us as we come together before Christ for our marriage December.   Psalm 23:1-10
