Please arrive by 3:45, the festivities will start promptly at 4:00pm

Is there a hotel block at the wedding location?

Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a hotel block at the wedding venue. we encourage those wishing to stay onsite to reach out to the venue directly to check for availability. We have listed additional lodging accommodations under the travel tab on our website if there are not rooms available. Lyft and Uber should be available from the wedding location to a hotel of your choosing in Longmont or Boulder.

When do I need to RSVP by?

In order to save you a seat we ask that you RSVP online by September 1st, 2024. Due to catering we will not be able to accept RSVPs after this date.

How do I RSVP?

Guests can RSVP online on this website under the RSVP tab. You can type in your name and your entire party should pop up.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Yes! Stone Mountain Lodge has ample parking available for the ceremony and reception.

What is the weather like in the area?

Current weather is for a high of 51 and low of 34 degrees, please bring a jacket! We will continue to update this question as the wedding date gets closer but Colorado experiences all four seasons, sometimes in the same day! We ask that guests have a coat at the ready in case there are flurries in the forecast. The entire event will be outside (rain or shine). Weather in Lyons, Colorado on October 19th is forecasted to be: High temperature of 62°F, low of 32°F.

Will the wedding and reception be outside?

Yes! The entire ceremony and reception are outside in the same location.

Can I bring my children?

Yes! Kiddos are welcome at our wedding. Guests should have their child’s name on their RSVP, if our child’s name is missing, please contact the bride or groom so we can update our list! ** we will be announcing the change over of songs at the reception from PG to PG13 around 9:00pm **

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Attire: Mountain Semi Formal or Dressy Casual (think ethereal, celestial, bohemian). Most importantly, be prepared for dancing, merriment, with a chance of rain or snow.

What colors are the wedding party wearing?

Guests are permitted to wear whatever colors they want, including the colors of the wedding party, but for those wishing to avoid the colors of the wedding party, the bridesmaids are wearing terracotta/rust, the groom is wearing green, and the groomsmen are wearing tan colored suits.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Each guest has been included on your invitation as well as in your online reservation. Plus one’s are listed as a “guest” on your invite and in the website. (Example. Brian Bagley & Guest is how your invitation would be addressed)

Are there meal options for those with dietary restrictions?

Yes! We will be having a taco bar at our wedding which will allow for each guest to customize their plate and avoid gluten, meat, and dairy as they see fit. If you have a severe allergy (like nuts) please let the bride or groom know as soon as possible.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, we will also have a number of non-alcoholic beverages available. We do ask that you indulge responsibly.
