When is the RSVP deadline? December 15th

Can I bring a plus-one? For the Ceremony:This will be a very intimate gathering reserved for immediate family only, so we’re unable to accommodate plus ones at the ceremony.For the Reception Party:If you’re attending solo and would like to bring a guest, please reach out to us before RSVPing so we can confirm if there’s space for an additional guest. Once we’ve confirmed, kindly include your guest’s name when submitting your RSVP so we can keep our list organized.

Can I bring my kiddos? You may! But please let us know beforehand so that we can add them to the RSVP.

What is the attire? For the Ceremony: Semi-formal to formal attire.For the Reception Party: Semi-formal attire. Think celebratory and polished!

Will the events be indoor or outdoor?It will absolutely be indoor. Keep in mind this is Chicago during peak winter. The temperature can average at around 30 degrees. Although you'll only be outside to walk inside or to a car, bring a nice warm coat!

Are guests expected to wear the wedding colors? There’s no strict requirement to wear the wedding colors. The main expectation is that you follow the dress code and, of course, be present. However, if you'd like to incorporate the color scheme into your outfit, the colors are Burgundy, Dark Navy, Gold, and Champagne.

When should I arrive?For the ceremony: The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. To ensure you're on time, we recommend arriving by 4:40 PM.For the reception party: The party begins at 6:30 PM. To ensure you don't miss the food and important firsts (dance, speeches, etc), we recommend arriving by 7 PM.

Can I take personal pictures? For the ceremony: We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking personal photos during the ceremony, as we want everyone to be fully present. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture all the special moments, so you can relax and enjoy without worrying about getting the perfect shot.For the reception party: Feel free to snap away! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Travel to and from the airport

Both Lyft and Uber are easily accessible for rides to and from the airport. Taxis are also readily available at both airports.﻿

For your convenience, we've reserved a block of rooms at the Union League Club and a Marriott, available at the special discounted rates below. You do not need to book for these exact dates. You may book for any length of time within the selected dates.

If you are interested in an additional room type, the rates are as follows:- Double Queens: $179-King Deluxe Suite: $199- Executive Suite: $259 Valet and Self-Parking are available at the Federal Street entrance. Early Check-in is not guaranteed but the Club provides complimentary baggage and coat check for guests arriving prior to 3:00 PM. Check out is at 12:00 PM. The Club has a dress code while in the hotel: A relaxed, well-dressed look described as 'Smart Casual' or better is welcomed throughout the club. Smart Casual may include jeans, denim, and collar-less shirts.

There’s no requirement to wear the wedding colors. The main expectation is that you follow the dress code and, of course, be present. However, if you'd like to incorporate the color scheme for the ceremony/reception, find inspiration below.

Semi-formal/Cocktail Beach attireShoes: Keep in mind the ceremony will be on a grass lawn, while the welcome cocktail and reception will be in sand. If you want to wear heels, a secure block heel would be safest. You're also welcome to wear sandals but feel free to take off your shoes and walk barefoot at any point.
