Soooo it all began on what we thought was a random Saturday on April 12th, but God had other plans. Hunter doesn’t normally play pickleball on Saturday afternoons and Izzi had never been to Bur Mil Park before. As soon as Hunter saw her, he thought to himself who is that cute girl sitting on the bench. He proceeded to ask for her number (so he could ask to add her to a group chat) but she is still waiting to be added to that group chat. They had their first date at Ozzie’s icecream and walked for 2 hours in the park. That was the first time Hunter saw Izzi dressed up in non-pickleball clothes and fell in love at that moment:) Over the next few months some of our favorite memories were meeting each others families, spending the weekend in Myrtle beach for the 4th of July and Hunters birthday, celebrating Izzis birthday and graduation, and spending time in Cleveland staying with Izzi’s Papa. As we continued to grow together, work through trials and seek the Lord, we felt more confident about each other everyday. Then on November 28th, 2025 Hunter surprised Izzi with a beautiful, snow filled proposal in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and she said YES! We cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for us and to celebrate this blessing with the people that mean so much to us ��
