She had a toolbelt around her waist, and I was covered in paint. Both of us working getting in each others way... that's how we met, on a jobsite.
In a short time we talked more and hit it off which lead to our first date, a concert on the beach. I remember vividly the first time she grabbed my hand and dragged me through the crowd to get to the spot she wanted.
A little over a year later I dragged her on stage at a concert along with our two daughters to recite a poem for her and take a knee. I proposed in front of hundreds of people and she said yes!
Whether we are visiting a spring, camping, or hiking a mountain, we have been pretty inseparable and doing things we love. Usually all together including the kids as we help one another raise them the best we can and blend our families into one.
As our wedding day approaches we are excited to take this next step in our journey. With our friends and family at our side the future looks bright.
