WHEN DO WE NEED TO RSVP BY?

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before January 12, 2025. You can either scan the QR code card enclosed in your invitation when you get them or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

CAN I BRING MY KID(S)?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time or in Panama so you can celebrate with us.

What time should we arrive at the wedding?

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. Please take into consideration the Panamanian traffic since the church is in Casco Viejo. We will be providing transportation from the Hotel to the Church- and from the Church to the Reception, feel free to get a cab back to the reception if you'd like.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around 30 minutes. Guests can head straight to the Terrace, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

For your convenience, a block of discounted rate rooms has been reserved at the InterContinental Miramar Hotel. To make reservations, please go to the travel section on this website. Also, there are a variety of accommodations options in the surrounding area including AirBnBs.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR WHERE TO EAT, POINTS OF INTEREST OR THINGS TO DO?

Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all lots of fun things to do in the area, including restaurants, bars, shops and sightseeing to visit before or after the wedding.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE IN APRIL?

Panamá City’s warmest temperatures are experienced in April! Our wedding will be hosted during summer, so you can expect warm, humid weather with some rainfall.

CUSTOMS FORM?

When arriving in Panama, you will be required to fill out a customs declaration form. Sometimes, the airlines do not provide this form; it is available in the main custom area.
