We have a room block at Bowie House! You can book directly using the link under our “Travel” tab of our website! We also have a courtesy block through the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Fort Worth’s cultural district. The link to book is also under our Travel section.

We recommend our guests book their hotel/ accommodations sooner rather than later. TCU will be playing at home that weekend, so the sooner you can book, the better rates you'll be able to take advantage of!

Both our ceremony and reception will be at Bowie House. The address is 3700 Camp Bowie Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107.

Uber, Lyft or any other ride share services are highly recommended. Please do not drink and drive.

Bowie House is valet parking only. Their valet rates are $42 for overnight, and $20 for event parking if you plan on driving your own vehicle to and from the wedding.

Our ceremony will be outdoors under a covered terrace followed by an indoor reception. In the case of rain, our ceremony will be moved indoors.

Those who have been extended a plus one will have been notified on their save the date/ invitation.

Other than our flower girls and ring bearer, we unfortunately cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

We encourage our guests to arrive a few minutes early to allow time to find our ceremony space.

Our reception will be wrapping up around 11:00 PM. More details on an after party to come!

We will be asking that our guests put their phones away for an unplugged ceremony, but please feel free to take photos throughout the remainder of the evening!
