While we love your children, due to strict space limitations at our venue, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Again due to strict space limitations and us wanting to party with as many of our loved ones as possible, only guests named on the invitation will be able to join. We thank you for understanding.

Why yes :) Due to the (HUGE) pumpkin festival in Half Moon Bay on October 19th, we recommend arriving on Friday if possible to avoid traffic getting into Half Moon Bay. If you do arrive on Saturday, avoid coming in via route 92, as traffic will be extremely heavy; we recommend coming up Hwy 1 to avoid traffic.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. (The ceremony will be in a grass field, so we recommend flats or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass.)

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Venture Retreat Center. Both will take place outdoors, and the temperature should be in the mid-60s/low 70s.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time. The bar will open at 3:30pm for welcome drinks prior to the ceremony at 4pm.

One shuttle will depart Half Moon Bay Lodge at 2:30pm (Ubers/Lyfts should also be available from around Half Moon Bay), and shuttles will depart the venue at 10:15 and 11:15pm.

If you are planning to drive to the venue, there will be free parking that will be marked when you arrive.

There will be an open bar, which will open half an hour before the ceremony, at 3:30pm. Foodwise, there will be heavy appetizers at cocktail hour, a dinner of locally sourced bbq and woodfired pizza at 6pm, and dessert at 8pm.

Out of town guests and family are invited to join us for dinner and drinks at Venture Retreat Center from 5:00-7:30pm on Friday.
