Our Wedding

We met at the Halloween Sacred Harp Singing at Evelyn and Jon's house in October of 2019, and were dating by December-- just in time for COVID! We got a cute house in Salt Lake City, UT, and put solar panels on it to light up our lives. Ransom now accompanies J.R. to Civil War Reenactments, and has even fired a cannon himself. J.R. was inspired to propose to Ransom by a fortune cookie late one night at P.F. Chang's after eating dinner following a screening at the Sundance Film Festival. He later returned the favor with some purple silicone rings. We plan to celebrate our happiness together with friends and family at Clubhouse SLC, formerly the Ladies Literary Club of Salt Lake City. We hope our guests will join us in wearing some purple and teal to remind them of the '80s, when we were both born. Thanks for reading!
