We grew up in the Second Baytown student ministry together and were friends for most of high school. In March of 2020, we went on a spring break trip to Camp Eagle and then started texting and calling very frequently over the course of the Covid-19 quarantine. After the quarantine, we began dating on June 15th, 2020! We dated all throughout senior year and were able to go to eachother's proms and graduations. We then attended Lee College for our freshman and sophomore years of college and worked in the Second student ministry together as interns. For our junior year, we transferred to Texas A&M and Texas State. We are able to have our own friends and community while still prioritizing our relationship and seeing each other once or twice a month! On July 5th, 2024, we got engaged! We are now enjoying our senior year, but we cannot wait to get married in July!
