Our Wedding

Martin and I can both tell our own separate story but the most important thing is the story that we share together. We met through out Leadership Montgomery class in 2018 where our spirits collided and we became best friends. Our friendship taught us so much about each other and made us realize how much we both needed each other. Through many trials and tribulations, we developed a bond that is now unbreakable. Our BELIEF and FAITH in GOD has really shown us the true meaning of love. Our love is an example of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 which says "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trust, always hopes, always perseveres." Our love for each other allows us to be two imperfect people that makes mistakes, but still be kind and compassionate to each other forgiving each other, just as God has forgiving us. As we continue this beautiful journey together we pray that we are surrounded by friends and family that will teach us, guide us, hold us accountable, encourage us, and push us to be the best husband and wife that we can be to each other. Our love for each other goes beyond the imaginable and this love will live with us forever.

Yall pray my strength in the LORD!!! lol...I had the opportunity to meet my (messy) "best friend through Leadership Montgomery and she talked my head off. We developed a solid friendship to where it seemed like we knew each other for years. Jacinta has been there for me during some rough times in my life and i am forever grateful for her which is why I had to make her mine. In the words of the Winans, "Millions didn't make it, But I was the one who did! I made the decision to show her how much God loves her through me. Jacinta has a beautiful spirit, who knows the meaning of giving. Jacinta has helped me value who i am, The way that she sees me gives me confidence and encourages me to be better, I Love You more than words can show but you will always and forever be reminded of these Three words...I GOT YOU!!!

Martin Story 

Where do I begin to tell the story about my man, my man, my man. When I met Martin, he became my messy friend. Martin and I was always assigned as partners or in the same group in our leadership class (God was just setting us up for our permanent partnership). When he picked me up for us to attend our Leadership retreat, he said I talked him to death and haven't stopped talking yet. When he dropped me off after the retreat, he threw me and my bags out the car so fast and pulled of that he to come back because I didn't even have chance to get everything. He acted like he wanted to get rid of me so fast but God knew he could never get enough or me. Martin and I became such good friends that everyone thought that we knew each other for years. Our friendship to me felt like I had known him for years. I can remember calling him one day just crying because I was going through a rough time in my life, and he immediately started praying for me. Martin words to me were "hey it's going to be okay, I GOT YOU". From that day his words became actions and never reverted. He has wiped so many tears from my eyes, until it got to the point that my tears became his. Martin has already demonstrated the through sickness and in good health part of our relationship. When I was sick, he never left my side (honestly wouldn't let any else take care of me). He has shown me a love like no other. This man prays for me, he covers me, he protects me, but most of all his love for me has never wavered. I am grateful to have met an amazing man of GOD and I am even more grateful that he has chosen me to be his wife and to spend the rest of our life together. I love you more than words can ever show Martin Glovers McKay. PS. (he stalked me to be his woman).
