One fateful New Years Eve, Noelle joined friends last minute for a concert to Red Wanting Blue at the Goodyear Theater but had to sit on her own due to last minute ticket. Kevin Adkins came up and suggested she sit by Jack since he had an extra ticket and at least she would sit by someone she knew. Kevin was surprised when Noelle said she never met Jack (she had heard of him from Lisa Adkins because Jack and Kevin would go on trips. ) Apparently Noelle hung out with girls at the time and didn’t notice anyone else around and good because timing meant everything. Jack and Noelle didnt really begin until they went on their first date on St. Patrick's day 2018. Noelle's one request was to have a cornbeef sandwich. Jack took her to several locations and they finally found them in a deli at MGM Northfield where they met Kevin and Lisa to see Michael Stanley. From then on, it was lots of concerts and travel and good times with their friend group who all knew Jack before she did! They were the catalyst for "Joelle". After blessings from their children, they got engaged in 2021 on Thanksgiving and that leads us to July for our wedding near the 4th of July! Sorry won’t be a red, white and blue event!
