California’s Central Coast has stunning views, charming towns, world-class dining, and premier wine. We encourage you to explore its rugged landscape and get lost in its endless vistas and turns. But why stop there? The Golden State has something for everyone - so make a trip out of it!

You can arrive a few days early and start your trip in the city we call home: San Francisco! Whether it's an Irish Coffee at the Buena Vista or a hike through the Presidio and across the Golden Gate Bridge, there is so much to do in the City by the Bay. There are some of the greatest restaurants and bars in the country, not to mention some amazing museums, historic landmarks and neighborhoods you can spend entire days exploring. Once you've had your fun in Fog City, make your way down the coast and check out Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz. You'll be living the California Dream by the time you arrive in Carmel!

Or, go the other way! We recommend flying into San Jose and making your way down to Carmel from there. Following our wedding, you can take the week after for your own little "moon" as you head South towards Big Sur, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and finally the City of Angeles where you can easily fly home. Reverse this the week before and you'll be in your own Hollywood classic as you drive north!
