Is your ceremony outside?
We are hoping to do our ceremony outside, but we have a backup indoor option if weather does not cooperate.
Is your reception outside?
Our reception will be indoors with AC. However, cocktail hour will also be outside, so please plan accordingly.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. You can also leave your car overnight. Cars just need to be picked up by 10am the next day.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel blocks?
Yes, the three hotels are all in a row and there will be a shuttle that will transport people back and forth to the three hotels. Pickups and drop-offs will be made at the American Inn, which is right next to both the Holiday Inn and the Nichols inn.
Pickups for the ceremony will run between 3:05-3:35pm. The last shuttle from the hotels will leave for the ceremony at 3:35pm. There will be unlimited round trips from our venue to the hotels all night long after the ceremony.
