Q + A

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 15th by clicking the RSVP tab on our wedding website and "accept" each member of your party that will be attending. If you do not RSVP by the date above, we will assume that you are unable to attend and we will plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

For planning purposes, we are only able to accommodate those guests who have been formally invited and have accepted their invitation by going to the RSVP tab on your wedding website. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "decline" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your semi-formal attire, please consider layering for the predicted cooler weather. Our wedding venue is a modern barn venue, out-doors with grass and gravel landscaping, so spring-time colors, floral prints and flowy silhouettes are encouraged. Please avoid jeans and denim.

Is there a shuttle that goes back and forth to the hotel?

Yes, there will be a badger bus that will leave the Cambria hotel at 2:45pm to shuttle guests to the wedding. The bus will leave the wedding at 10:45pm to go back to the hotel.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

The first driveway at the bottom of the hill is where you will park. There will be parking assistants to help line cars up in the grass. Guests can then walk up the hill to the ceremony spot. The second driveway that is located on the top of the hill is where cars can drive up closer to the ceremony spot to drop guests off, if needed, before driving back down to the first driveway to park.

Is there overnight parking at the wedding venue?

Yes, feel free to park at the venue and take the shuttle to the hotel at the end of the night. All cars must be picked up by 9am Sunday morning!
