The dress code is Black Tie, considering the holiday, bright, bold and/or sparkly is encouraged! We do want you to feel comfortable for a long night on the dance floor, so if you aren't wearing dancing shoes flip flops will be provided. Of note, Bridesmaids will be in light blue

Please refer to the formal invitation for the number of people allotted for. When RSVP'ing the website will also clarify exactly who we have accounted for in your party. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to either of us and ask!

We have little to no control over room availability at the venue. You may still be able to stay at the Grand Geneva outside of the room block, or please see the Accommodations page for additional options in the area. There are also many nice Airbnb's in the area, so we highly suggest looking there as well.

The ceremony and reception are both in the Evergreen ballroom on the second floor. The easiest access is to go up the stairwell just past the hotel reception desk. You can also reach the Evergreen ballroom from either stairwell on the east and west ends of the lobby towards the main hotel rooms. Cocktails will be in the mezzanine outside the ceremony ballroom. There will be signs posted throughout the hotel to guide you as well.

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the Grand Geneva and is no cost to guests.
