What's the general schedule?
Saturday evening, 5-9: casual drinks and a barbecue at Grandma's house: 81 Roxbury Rd. in Hudson.
Sunday afternoon, 4pm: wedding ceremony in Claverack, NY at Hillegonda Farm: 202 Thielman Road in Hudson.
Sunday evening, 6pm: reception at the Hudson Hall: 327 Warren St. in Hudson. All guests 21+ are welcome to come hang out and keep drinking/dancing at Backbar (up the street) afterwards.
Monday morning, 10am: goodbye coffees at Kitty's by the train station: 60 Front St. in Hudson
What should I wear?
Farm formal ;) Keep in mind you will have to walk uphill and across a field for the ceremony. Stilettos at your own risk.
Will you provide transport?
You can ride a bus from the Hudson Hall to our welcome bbq/drinks on Saturday evening, and again to and from Hudson to the ceremony on the farm on on Sunday afternoon. There will be no transport after the reception since it is in Hudson. It will be easiest to simply walk to your lodging.
Do I need to bring a car?
Nope. It will definitely make exploring Columbia County easier if you do, but as long as you book housing that is walking distance to the Hudson Hall, we got you covered!
What is Hudson Hall?
Also known as the Hudson Opera House, the Hudson Hall is a staple of the community; it's a large art gallery/opera house/entertainment venue at which many Cashens have worked and performed (theater, choir, the list goes on) for years.
Will there be an open bar at the reception?
Yes!
