Bus #1 will pick up at 3:00pm at the Tru by Hilton (this will be the only pick up from the Tru). Bus #1 will then go the Hampton to fill up (~3:25pm arrival). Bus #2 will pick up at 3:15pm at the Hampton Inn. Buses #1 & 2 will return to pick up remaining guests at the Hampton Inn at or around 3:45pm (this will be the final pickup from the Hampton Inn). Please remember the drivers are on a schedule, they will load for 10 minutes at each stop and then continue on their route.

We recommend arriving to the venue at least 20 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm outdoors, weather permitting.

Parking is available at the venue for the duration of the evening. Although, you are not permitted to leave your vehicle overnight. All cars must be out of the lot by 10:00pm.
